Welcome to THE INFINITE POSSIBILITIES OF LIFE ! My greatest prayer for you is that the information I share will profoundly shine a light into your life and shift the energies of your individual system making the changes you desire real.  I declare that these changes are to guide your steps so you create the life with all the peace, love, health, wealth, wisdom and joy you deserve. SO BE IT!

I have a picture of life as a tapestry of my explorations woven into the whole cloth of my own making and manifesting as my experience. I have spent decades exploring my human existence on many levels. My ignorance of roles, responsibilities and motivations of others in life created much of the chaos and stumbling I experienced. These are represented in my tapestry of energies as knots and curious places keeping me stuck and stagnant in areas of my life waiting to be brought into the light for my recognition and untangling - enlightenment.

Within the many years of seeking answers, I have explored numerous philosophies, religions, healing systems. Taking the value of each of these led to the development of L.I.F.E.4 Coaching - Life Integration For Enlightenment, Equanimity, Empowerment and Enjoyment. These are the energies that correlate with the 4 bodies of fields of our human existence - spiritual, mental, emotional, physical. The L.I.F.E.4 Coaching system is a 6-step process: Preparation, Exploration, Statement of Intention, Attunements, New Energy Matrix, Reinforcement. Through this Life Integration Process, frequencies of energies are changed and integrated in new ways among the 4 bodies of our existence empowering us to become a New Self! Being consciously aware and consciously in control of the changes gives us the responsibility to be in integrity in all areas of our life to master our existence. I offer courses through LIFE4 ACADEMY that use the LIFE4 Coaching process: MONEY MASTERY, DANCING IN RELATIONSHIPS, OPTIMIZING YOUR HEALTH and YOUR LIFE AS ART subscription.
